The rich text transformation lacked support for several attributes for tables, like colspan and rowspan.

This fix added support for all missing attributes for tables according to the CoreMedia richtext DTD:

This fix is considered breaking as these changes might affect delivery of existing tables unexpectedly. Additionally, a code change in the transformation descriptor {{default.yml }}was necessary.

The fix also added a new (non-breaking) attribute transformer PassAttribute to the standard configuration for rich text transformation.
