Configured gRPC ports in application and deployment configurations

New port configurations for the gRPC communication between the CMS services have been added to the application properties and the default Docker Compose configuration.

The default gRPC server port is always 6565.

The exposed gRPC server ports for local development and for the default Docker Compose deployment are:
